We are now looking for a Customer Advisor to our Collections department! It is a temporary position over 1 year, with possibility to get an ongoing contract. Collections is an outbound business where you will mostly call out to customers who for some reason are behind on their payments. In some cases there are simple solutions, in other cases you will need to set up a long-term plan together with the customer. You will also, to some extent, receive incoming phone calls from customers who contact us themselves. Connected to the calls there is some administration but the role itself is telephone-based, and therefore we are looking for you who enjoy talking to customers and who sees every call as an opportunity to help! Working at collections also means many development opportunities. You will get to work with a wide range of clients, giving you the opportunity to develop your communication skills and your ability to solve problems. You will also have the chance to learn about credit and risk management, which is valuable knowledge that can benefit your career in the long term. Here you will be part of an open climate with high ceilings and close to decisions.
