We are looking for a Global Demand Planner! n This is a new position with the mission to ensure efficient demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization across our global operations. As Global Demand Planner... n You will be part of the global supply chain organization for Välinge and Bjelin and replay to Henrik Klaar, Supply Chain Director. SOMETHING ABOUT VÄLINGE & BJELIN AND WHO YOU SUPPORT IN THIS ROLE? Your mission is to: n n* Develop and maintain demand forecasts for Välinge Innovation & Bjelin's product portfolio, incorporating market trends, historical data, and input from sales, marketing, and finance teams. n* Collaborate closely with the sales organizations and country managers, production teams to align demand forecasts with production capabilities and inventory targets. n* Monitor and analyze demand patterns, identifying potential risks and opportunities to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts. n* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy, streamline processes, and increase efficiency within the demand planning function. n* Generate regular reports and insights on demand planning KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to key stakeholders. n n Your contact areas at stakeholder network are extensive. You are based at the Välinge head office in Viken outside of Helsingborg and collaborate with the team at Bjelin in Helsingborg. This position involves some international travel. You have an analytical mind and a business mindset... n You enjoy working in an international environment and thrive both on strategic topics as well as operational tasks. You have strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand forecasting techniques, statistical modeling, and data analysis tools. Qualifications: n Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. n* Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations, preferably in a global manufacturing environment. n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures. n* Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. n* Proficiency in English and preferably Swedish, additional language skills are a plus. n n We are innovators... n At Välinge Innovation and Bjelin, we are well-known for our pioneering mindset and ground-breaking technologies.
