The main purpose of the Group People function is to own and develop Securitas global People agenda, one key area of focus is driving strategic projects within Talent management and Leadership development. Most Group People projects are reported directly to the Group CEO and the Group Management team, and you will work in close collaboration with our four geographical divisions as well as our global functions: Technology, Global IT and Global Clients.

We are looking for someone that is/have:
ROLE, TEAM & LOCATION
In this role you are a member of the Group People & Culture team.
You will be reporting to the Vice President of Group People & Culture, who is based in Stockholm.
As this is a hybrid global role you can be based in any of our key locations across the Securitas divisions however in-office working is also expected. A certain amount of international travel is expected from time to time. Initially this role will not have any direct reports.
