HR Operations & Data Specialist

Short description of the job and the team

A driven and fun HR team of five is looking for their new colleague! As for everyone in the team this is a role where you work 'high and low'. We are here to ensure and enable the business of Peak Performance and everything we do should make it possible for managers and employees to be the best version of themselves and focus on the consumer experience. 

This role is responsible for the fundamental HR systems and processes for Peak Performance. The daily, operational work includes employee life cycle management, payroll input, reporting and ensuring correct employee data in our systems. In addition to this you will be expected to lead and develop the ways of working to ensure HR operational excellence for global growth. For this you work with experts within our owner company Amer Sports; there you are supported by HR system experts, an efficient HR Shared Services and a talented compensation network. 

  Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold and develop HR administrative processes. 
• Superuser for our key HR systems (Workday, Scheduling system for retail and recruitment system).
• Facilitate and coordinate work and processes with Amer HR Shared Services, workday development team and compensation network.
• Train and support HR Managers and People Managers to work by the processes and guidelines set.
• Manage third party providers (pension/benefits/other outsourced operations) for Sweden and support HR Managers in labor law processes. 

Who are we looking for? 

You are service minded and organized. Your passion is to deliver and develop smooth and user friendly HR processes and ensure correctness. You can lead projects and are a skilled user of all excel and digital tools (everything that can be automated should be automated...). You enjoy working with different stakeholders and you feel comfortable with both asking for help and also presenting clear expectations and ways of working to others.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years within role in HR admin and working in HR Systems.
• Education within HR or Payroll.
• Experience of working with collective agreements at least in Sweden
• Some experience from developing and/or buying HRSS or payroll services.
• Preferably experience from retail or similar fast paced business.
• Experience from international organization with several stakeholders is a benefit.
• Experience from work on compensation structure is a benefit.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
