Do you want to be at the forefront of protecting our society against cyber threats? We are looking for an HR & Payroll Coordinator to team up with our People & Culture team and our dedicated team of cyber specialists.

Today, we employ around 300 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for an HR & Payroll Coordinator who wants to make a difference. The People & Culture team
Our global People & Culture team of five people, managing all parts of the employee lifecycle. Over the past few years, Truesec has had an incredible growth journey. We have onboarded a massive number of new employees and established on new markets across the globe. This puts new demands on the People and Culture function, and we are now eager to take the next steps within several important areas.
As HR & Payroll Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be to oversee and manage the outsourced payroll process, act as the primary point of contact for the time-reporting system and handle various people administration.
In terms of payroll, your role will be to coordinate with external payroll service providers in multiple countries to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. This includes to provide them with accurate data and to review and approve payroll data before salary payments. You will serve as the primary internal point of contact for employee payroll questions and assist employees with payroll-related issues.
You will also be the system owner of our time-reporting system Visma, which will include to ensure all users are correctly added to the system, regularly review and update time-reporting instructions, monitor and track timely approval of time reports and expenses by managers, as well as to provide support and guidance to managers and project managers.
In addition to the above, you will be the primary coordinator of our security vetting processes and handle various people data administration, primarily in our HR system.
To be a good fit for the role, we believe you have experience from a global mid-size company, where your main responsibilities have been to handle people/HR administration and preferably outsourced payroll.
We believe you have excellent attention to details, strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Required Skills:
• 2+ years of experience in people/HR administration, preferably including outsourced payroll
• Experience with time-reporting software and systems, preferably Visma PM/Severa
Due to the sensitivity of our work, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
