Head of Marketing
Are you looking for a new opportunity with a growing tech company? DanAds is looking for a full time Marketing Manager to join our DanAds’ team at our New York office or Stockholm HQ .

DanAds is the industry-leading provider of self-serve and advertising automation technology. We aim to give all global media owners their own fully automated, and white-labeled self-serve infrastructure that enables all departments to focus on revenue-driven tasks instead of manual administration. About the role
The dynamic Marketing Manager plays an important role in spearheading our marketing efforts and elevating our brand presence in the advertising industry. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, to drive holistic plans that elevate market awareness, drive engagement and deliver revenue goals. This is an extraordinary opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Strategy development: Implement marketing strategies that encompass digital, content, event, and direct marketing to effectively promote our products and services to a global audience.
Brand management: Elevate and maintain DanAds' brand identity across all marketing initiatives and communications, ensuring consistency and high standards.
Content creation: Lead the creation of compelling content for various channels, including our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns, to engage our target audience and drive leads.
Market research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the adtech industry, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign management: Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns from concept to completion, measuring performance and optimizing for better results.
Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
Event planning: Organize and manage participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars, maximizing opportunities for networking and brand exposure.
Analytics and reporting: Regularly analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, generating reports to inform stakeholders and guide future marketing decisions.
Applicants will be considered if they have:
2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position
Great working knowledge of the B2B event scene
Experience with project management principles to ensure that event elements are organized and projects stay on schedule
Experience in coordination of different teams and functions, while ensuring effective communication flow
Legal right to work in the USA or EU

The right candidate will be:

Comfortable with working across multiple time zones when necessary
Social, outgoing, and able to apply a business development mindset towards events
Continuously obsessed with improvement and optimization
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
A team player with strong work ethic
