Job Description - Operations Coordinator

This is a temporary position for 12 months with no extension, starting from June 2024.


What you’ll do:

As an Operations Coordinator your main focus will be to; process returns and claims from our distributors, following up on our refurbished streams for EMEA and APAC, managing the spare parts coordination/production/stock levels and provide the Global After Sales team with data on a regional level. This role is a maternity leave cover during a year, starting in June 2024. You’ll report to the Senior Operations Manager, EMEA, but will have close contact with our full Operations team, as well as repair centers, IT and Finance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Issue and create credits for our customers in EMEA and APAC
  • Be in tight dialogue with our reparation centers in EMEA
  • Operations coordination in terms of credits, refurbished stock and reparation centers
  • Claims/credit processes is being followed according to the monthly, quarterly and yearly deadlines from Finance
  • Make sure our integration with Xpos and other ERP’s are running smoothly
  • Issue and create credits for our customers in EMEA and APAC

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

  • Be in tight dialogue with our reparation centers in EMEA
  • Sales or Operations coordination
  • NAV/Xpos experience or similar ERP systems
  • Fluent in Swedish 
  • You're analytical, proactive, highly organised and a team player
