At Clinton Marine Survey, we are now looking for a People Operations (HR) Coordinator with a passion for people and HR practice. You will work from our office in Frihamnen with walking distance to the city centre and a spectacular view of the Gothenburg harbour!

Clinton Marine Survey was founded in 2015 with the ambition and purpose of bringing cost effective solutions to the offshore survey industry. We offer high quality hydrographic and geophysical surveys for navigation, dredging operations, charting, marine construction for renewable energy and more.

Scope of work

As People Operations Coordinator at Clinton Marine Survey, you will receive various tasks within the HR-field. The main scope will be to ensure that the administration of personnel-related documentation is up to date, managed and communicated according to internal routines. You will also have the responsibility for talent acquisition and recruitment, in collaboration with managers and Head of People Operations.

The position also includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personnel administration including pension, insurance, benefits, certificates and more
  • On- and offboarding
  • Support in compliance management including policies, procedures, collective agreement and applicable labor law
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and manage internal and external social channels
  • Event coordination – plan and administrate team building activities and student fairs
  • Office management – maintain office safety, efficiency and appreciation by managing office facilities and activities
  • Participate in activities related to the systematic work environment management

You will report and work close to the Head of People Operations.

Who we are looking for

To thrive in this role, you need to have a service-minded orientation when providing your support to our employees and managers. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and therefore your communication skills will be important when interacting with internal- and external stakeholders. Your attention to details will ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with legal requirements. Confidentiality is also key in this role, as you'll be handling information with discretion and integrity.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent field
  • Professional proficiency level in English and Swedish, spoken and written
  • EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit

Merits (not mandatory):

  • Experience from working in the following systems: Heartpace, Winningtemp, Teamtailor, Benefits by Söderberg & Partners, Alva Labs, LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience from the offshore industry
  • Work related experience within recruitment, talent acquisition and/or HR administration

Location: Our office at Frihamnen 16B Gothenburg, Sweden.

Working time: Fulltime, 40 hours per week

Start: 2nd of September 2024
