Scope of work
As People Operations Coordinator at Clinton Marine Survey, you will receive various tasks within the HR-field. The main scope will be to ensure that the administration of personnel-related documentation is up to date, managed and communicated according to internal routines. You will also have the responsibility for talent acquisition and recruitment, in collaboration with managers and Head of People Operations.

You will report and work close to the Head of People Operations.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and therefore your communication skills will be important when interacting with internal- and external stakeholders. Your attention to details will ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with legal requirements. Confidentiality is also key in this role, as you'll be handling information with discretion and integrity.
