Communication Coordinator

This is what you will do most of the time:

• Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
• Ensure all communications are consistent with the organization’s brand identity and messaging.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and benchmark competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Support the PR/Com team with administrative tasks.

Skills amp; requirements

• Required degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and content creation.
• Ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive messages for various audiences.
• Skilled in expressing yourself in writing as well as adapting messages based on the target group.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Ability to analyze metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
• Creative and can contribute with new innovative ideas.
• Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
• Excellent language skills in English, written and spoken.
• Eagerness and a willingness to learn and adapt in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management skills.
