Job Description - HR Partner (Temporary Employment)

During summer 2023, we joined forces with Denmark’s leading app agency Shape as well as Waterland Private Equity with the goal to create the leading digital product agency worldwide.

Joining our offices in Stockholm, you will be part of the work of People Growth, currently consisting of an HR Manager, a People Partner, a Recruitment Manager, and three recruiters.

Your day-to-day will include everything around supporting our managers. This includes coaching them on leadership and managing personnel matters such as performance evaluations, and employee relations. You'll also be part of the People Growth team, where you'll work with others to come up with ideas and plans to improve the company as a whole. This might involve things like making the workplace better, training leaders, and making sure new hires get settled in comfortably. Your job is all about helping the company and its people grow and succeed.

This is a temporary-based employment for a parental leave substitute position, starting in August 2024 and ending in June 2025.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the People Partner your main responsibility is to act as strategic organizational and managerial support. You coach and collaborate with managers on leadership, personnel matters, as well as provide support in HR-related areas. In addition to close collaboration with managers, you also play a significant role in the People Growth team, where you collectively develop, support, and drive projects or initiatives across the entire company.

More specifically your role will entail:

  • Coaching and supporting employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Partnering up with managers to develop and implement HR strategies within their respective departments.
  • Managing and maintaining Bontouch’s pre-, on- and offboarding processes, as well as the yearly HR activities such as performance and salary reviews and our employee survey to name a few.
  • Driving projects and initiatives in strategic culture development, leadership development, and employee feedback processes.
  • Handling rehabilitation cases, in collaboration with employees, managers, and external health partners.
  • Creating presentations to be delivered in various internal forums.
  • Handling general administration, continuous updates, and development of our HR system Hibob.

WHO WE THINK YOU ARE

Are you ready to make this role your own? We believe you might feel at home with us if you have:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as an HR Partner or similar, in a fast-growing organization (preferably within the tech industry).
  • Strong team development, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in a growing company, supporting managers and employees.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
