As an Online Operations Associate at Wrapp, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategies, improve processes, and drive growth in our online business.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze key online metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention - Identify trends and opportunities to improve online performance and make data-driven recommendations - Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to implement strategies that drive online sales and customer engagement - Manage online content and product listings to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency - Work with external partners and vendors to support online initiatives and promotions - Monitor and address customer feedback and inquiries to ensure a positive online shopping experience - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support overall business objectives
