Job Description:

Natural Cycles is looking for a dedicated Operations Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Stockholm, SE. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and optimizing daily operations processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency - Analyze and report on key performance indicators to drive improvements - Assist in project management and coordination of initiatives - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Support the implementation of new processes and systems - Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field - 4+ years of experience in operations or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of driving results and exceeding goals - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
