Operations Manager

Job Description:

Storytel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the company to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic plans to streamline operations and increase profitability. 2. Manage and supervise a team of operations staff to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. 5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. 6. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members. 8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 5. Strategic planning and people management skills. 6. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
