Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

Vattenfall is currently seeking a Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This full-time position requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in operations management. As a Remote Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our remote teams.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote employees to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve remote team performance and productivity. 3. Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback and coaching to team members. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between remote and onsite teams. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and create development plans for team members. 6. Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely manner. 7. Develop and implement best practices for remote team management. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in remote operations management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Independent and passionate about driving results. 5. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 7. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 8. Proficiency in remote team management tools and software.
