Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Wrapp is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and success.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and performance. 2. Analyze and manage key performance indicators to track and measure the success of operations. 3. Lead and motivate a team of remote employees to achieve operational goals and objectives. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges. 5. Create and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in operations. 6. Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet demand and minimize waste. 7. Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes. 8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. 9. Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to maximize profitability. 10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Adaptable and resilient with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. 6. Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing process improvements. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 8. Experience in inventory management and supply chain operations. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
