Acne Studios is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, work from home position based in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As an Operations Manager at Acne Studios, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures - Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective performance - Manage and optimize resources to maximize productivity - Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency - Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in operations management - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
