Haglöfs, a leading outdoor equipment company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in a full-time, work-from-home position based in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving our company's operational processes to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs - Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve company goals - Manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness - Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on operational performance and initiatives
