Job Description:
Koenigsegg Automotive AB is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Work from Home Secretary. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of professionals in a virtual office setting. This is a full-time position with entry-level seniority and requires zero years of experience.
Responsibilities: - Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner - Scheduling appointments and meetings for team members - Managing and maintaining electronic and physical files - Assisting with data entry and organizing documents - Conducting research and preparing reports as needed - Handling general office duties such as ordering supplies and coordinating deliveries - Providing support to team members as needed
