We are seeking you who have a Bachelor´s or master’s degree in sustainability and textile. We also see that you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sustainability work within the textile industry and experience as a leader. You understand how processes and business are affected by new sustainability demands and can influence and inspire change effectively at all levels of the organization. We see that you have a strong understanding of sustainability principles, sustainability regulation, and industry standards. You have a proven track record of developing and successfully implementing sustainable innovation that drives business value. You are used to be involved in cross functional projects and lead business development. As a person you have a genuine interest in sustainability and to drive development, committed to delivering results. You are structured, strategic, result driven and like to work together with others. You understand the importance of getting people onboard and have strong communication skills.
