Be part of the coordination of a project that stands out from the crowd! We are building a state-of-the-art Gigafactory that will be one of the largest cell production facilities in Europe. We are now looking for a Executive Assistant to join our Facility & EPC team! Volvo Cars is one of the most well-known and respected car brands in the world. Northvolt is a leading supplier of sustainable, high-quality battery cells and systems, dedicated to delivering the world’s greenest lithium-ion battery. Together, we have formed a joint venture, NOVO Energy, to power the next generation of pure electric Volvo cars. What you will do Your work will be twofold. As Executive Assistant to the Sr. Director of Facility & EPC you will act as the right hand of the Sr. Director of Facility & EPC, supporting them in their day to day work. You will also act as Function Coordinator. This role includes the gathering and presentation of important metrics, packaging them in a qualitative and descriptive way, as well as Sharepoint management. You will also set up function meetings, support in event coordination and similar activities. Your responsibilitie s will include:

• Scheduling and managing the calendar for Sr. Director of Facility & EPC, identifying clashes as well as acting as a first point of contact between them and other stakeholders and functions
• Schedule and manage travels, event coordination and expense reporting for Sr. Director of Facility & EPC
• Take notes and identify need for follow up in meetings of a large variety
• Facilitate monthly all hands meetings for the Facility & EPC function, collecting relevant data as well as making sure it is presentable in an informative way
• Take charge of the function Sharepoint, keeping it up to date and with relevant information
• Assist with various tasks such as seating plans, Powerpoint presentations

Skills & Requirements As a person you are a team player with a high level of discretion and decision making ability. You are detail oriented and highly structured in your work and are able to prioritise between tasks as needed. You have a proven track record of keeping deadlines, and thrive in an environment where you independently can set up your work. We also believe that you have:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar coordinating role
• Excellent knowledge in office package, including presentation tools
• Previous experiences from the construction industry is strongly preferred
• Excellent English, both spoken and written, is required for this position. Swedish is meritorious but not required.
