Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kry Livi is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Support Officer to join our team in a remote work setting. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, and possess strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to key client accounts by maintaining relationships and addressing any issues or concerns - Assist in the development of account strategies and plans to drive business growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services - Analyze account data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that may arise - Monitor and report on account performance to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and driven personality
