Job Description:

Beyond Tech, a leading IT consulting company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

• As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with their business value team to evaluate and flesh out the technical business requirements coming to them from their various business units/customers across the business. 
• You will be instrumental in consulting their business units in many different activities and decisions early in their respective technical decision-making, for example, to do a high-level feasibility study, facilitate and document detailed workflow to start a procurement process to e.g. buy a system, starting a business or technical project.
• Among other things, you will review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Also, document requirements, define scope and goals, and formulate systems for parallel overall business strategies.

Requirements:

We see that you are familiar with infrastructure services, relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.

• Bachelor's degree in a suitable field of study or equivalent work experience
• Process-oriented, Infrastructure background, Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience
• Facilitation and workshop leader
• Be able to maintain user trust and protect the business by keeping information confidential
