Key Responsibilities
In the role of Swedish-speaking Business Development Manager at Leads.io Marketplaces, you will enter an exciting organization in a scale-up phase. You get an important function in the company's sales team to actively expand the customer base with a focus on Sweden (and further on Norway). Your primary focus is B2B sales toward new customers in the Swedish market. You work with processing, pulling in, and managing new customers. Thus, you are responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting, mapping, booking, and conducting meetings to writing quotes and finalizing them to actual business. Furthermore, you are actively working to follow up on agreements with your existing customers. Together with your manager, you are responsible for achieving your set goals.
Your Monday starts with a good cup. After that, you will start your week by giving the first prospect of the week the chance to join our ride. After a week full of cold calls, negotiations and new signed clients Friday has arrived and we are ready for a well-deserved weekend and maybe having some fun with your colleagues to close off the week.
