Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Camfil, a global leader in providing air filtration solutions, is currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Call Center Associate to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will be reliable and possess excellent negotiation and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide information about Camfil products and services to potential and existing customers. 3. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and general support. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 5. Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Must have a quiet home office environment with high-speed internet access. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. 7. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
