Call Center Officer - Remote Work

As a Call Center Officer at Tetra Pak, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone and email. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, allowing you to join our team from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products or services - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and assistance with orders or deliveries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Highly adaptable and able to think creatively to solve problems - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer skills
