Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Peak Performance is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chat Support Manager to join our remote team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, Sweden. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in customer service and chat support.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor chat support interactions to ensure high-quality customer service and response times - Implement and maintain chat support best practices and standards - Analyze chat support data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback on product enhancements - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, de-escalating situations when necessary - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to improve chat support operations - Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to chat support team members


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service and chat support, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as within a team environment - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Attention to detail in analyzing chat support data and reports - Experience with chat support software and CRM systems - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer service best practices - Proven track record of improving chat support operations and customer satisfaction
