Your impactful role

As the Chief Sales Officer at Next, you will be responsible for delivering new business from new customers - in existing and new markets - through a team of Sales Executives, and Sales Devs with support from marketing. Primary, the role is to organize, manage, and inspire the team to deliver at or above the business target plan for the sales team on a consistent basis. You will be an important member of the management team and report to the CEO Johan Jarskog.

Your background could include:

Proven track record in a sales leadership position in a tech company – preferably with a SaaS business model

Great understanding and interest in software and SaaS products and sales

Coaching leader and relationship builder with organizational capability

International experience – preferably from multiple European countries

Familiarity with the Construction Industry is a qualifying experience
