Job Description:
Einride is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing the relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed effectively - Monitor client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client metrics and feedback - Develop strategies to increase client retention and upsell opportunities
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client services or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in time management and organization - Experience working with remote clients is a plus
