Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Electrolux Professional is seeking a passionate and independent Client Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Entry Level Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Manage client accounts and ensure they are up to date with accurate information - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams within the organization - Work closely with our sales team to provide support during the sales process - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client questions and concerns - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively persuade and influence clients - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting - A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM systems - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided
