Job Description:
Koenigsegg Automotive AB is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Entry Level Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns. 5. Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and provide feedback to management. 6. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively assist clients. 7. Meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Resilient attitude towards handling challenging customer situations. 5. Strong planning and analytical skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 7. Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving work environment.
