Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Essity is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our remote team based in Stockholm, SE. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This role requires a high level of adaptability and drive, as well as strong project management skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services - Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and objectives - Provide regular updates to clients regarding their accounts and any relevant information - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance the client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent project management skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively - Driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
