Job Description - Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: SKF is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns effectively. 4. Educate clients on company products and services, promoting upsell opportunities when appropriate. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 6. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall client support experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.


Requirements: 1. Dedicated and motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills to effectively address client needs. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency in relevant software applications and CRM systems. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
