Job Summary

You are probably a curios person who loves to work in a global environment close to our customers and loves the opportunity to work in a program team with highly skilled people with different competences. The variation of topics and actions could vary every day and as a team we tackle all of them together.
We are currently looking for a Commercial Support Officer to our Global P&W commercial program team. In this role you will support the day to day commercial operation of the business together with the Commercial (CM) and Program Managers (PM). You will also interface with internal and external customers regarding contract requirements, schedules, discrepancies and other contractual matters.  

Key responsibilities

Participate in the entire quotation process including review of Request for Proposals (RFQs), check of estimate, compilation of quote letter, and follow-up.
To support in customer negotiations and implementation including analysis of data and pricing
Responsibility for the review process of customer purchase orders. This requires involving many different functions with key competences, which could include quality, engineering planning, export control, legal etc. 
Actively participate in the preparation and decision of the program volumes. Making sure to explain the communicated volumes if there are any questions.
Handle and administer the sales orders, based on contracts, purchase orders and customer demand schedules
Co-ordination of Commercial communication to and from internal and external customers

 

Qualifications/ Experience/ Skills/ Profile

BSc degree in business, law, engineering, or other related field
3-5 years of relevant business experience
Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation, organizational and communication skills
Passion for team work and curious enough to learn more
An interest of the Aerospace industry 
Knowledge and experience of the P&W products are highly valuable
