Copywriter

Job Description

As a Copywriter in the Menswear Marketing team, you play a key role in the creative process surrounding the curation of the H&M Menswear customer offer. You are pivotal in developing and creating copy and communication concepts for all our different channels, on- and offline. The work is done in collaboration with other creatives, designers and artworkers within the Menswear BU to elevate and translate the collections we create for the customer. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Creating versatile and customer-focused copy adapted to omnichannel solutions (print, digital, video, social etc.).
• Conducting and research based on target group, product, and purpose.
• Staying updated on customer behavior and communication trends.
• Securing that copy is approved from a legal (copyright) perspective and in line with the H&M Brand Tone of Voice. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a strong interest in fashion and pop culture. You are an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally, able to get your message across. Your drive and initiative take you where you need to go, and you manage to stay organized and keep a structure when things get hectic. We are looking for a curios person that thrives in a collaborative environment. A team-player who’s great at listening as well as communicating. Someone that is actively looking for new knowledge and is curious about new perspectives. A creative that embraces a high/low mindset regarding the assignments connected to the role. 

What you need to succeed: 

• Previous experience from working as a copywriter. 
• A great interest in fashion and especially menswear.
• Proficiency in written English. 
• Are meticulous in your way of working and have an eye for details. 
• Experience and confidence working in a fast-paced environment.  
• Knowledge about and is updated on various Social Media channels.

This is a  fulltime permanent position based at our Head Office in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible according to agreement.
