Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Zound Industries is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Care Assistant to join our remote team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other teams within the company to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and promote products. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required. 8. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude towards customer service.
