Job Description:
Kry Livi, a leading telemedicine company, is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Care Associate to join our remote team in Uppsala, SE. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive experience and high level of satisfaction. This is a full-time position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Providing support and guidance to customers on how to use our telemedicine platform - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Participating in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills - Contributing to strategic planning and improvement initiatives to enhance customer care processes - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer care role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer care tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred - Dedicated and reliable work ethic - Strong teamwork and strategic planning skills
