Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Bambuser is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team. This is a remote work position based in Stockholm, Stockholms Län, SE. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service, the ideal candidate will possess the confidence and dedication necessary to excel in this role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives and oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Monitor key performance metrics and report on departmental performance to senior management - Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to customer care team members - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer care management role, preferably in a remote work setting - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to think creatively and develop strategic plans to enhance customer experience - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities - Confidence and dedication to delivering top-notch service to customers
