Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work


Job Description:


Voi Technology is seeking a dynamic Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our users.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email, chat, and phone. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues to the appropriate departments. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Provide product information and guidance to customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 8. Meet and exceed customer care KPIs and goals.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Resilient and hardworking personality traits. 8. Persuasion and people management soft skills.
