As a Customer Care Specialist at Axis Communications, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. Your primary duty will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or live chat - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve resolution in a timely manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers using our products - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times
