Customer Service and Supply Representative to Husqvarna Construction

Husqvarna Construction is a world leader in machines and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries.

As a Customer Service and Supply Representative you will..

…..play a key role in the interface between our factories/suppliers and sales companies/distributors. You will be responsible for securing excellent product availability and customer satisfaction globally.

You will also perform clearance procedures when exporting goods outside the EU with all different regulations connected to those processes.

While working as a Customer Service and Supply Representative you will get good understanding of how Husqvarna is operating. The work is mainly performed independently but you will be a part of a collaborative team that works close together.

In your role you will coordinate and perform duties within the whole supply chain such as purchasing, planning of goods between factories and also ordering and planning shippments to customers.

Areas of responsibility

· Orders processed efficiently, correctly and on time and that international and external shipments are planned and coordinated

· Coordinate and respond to questions from Sales/Customers to make sure they are provided with information, from all parts of the organization, helping them becoming successful

· Coordinate and monitor deliveries making sure that sales companies and distributors are provided with relevant delivery information

· Extract and develop customer reports such as open order reports monthly purchasing reports

· Coordinate and issue transportation documentation and export goods according to customs rules and regulation

· Educate and support Sales in the order and supply process and the IT tools used.

· Support the Groups’ internal shipment needs

Who are you?

We're seeking someone that you are analytic,driven and take ownership. Seek customers point of view in all meetings and decisions, Demonstrate collaboration by giving and seeking support, maintain focus amp; Simplicity.

If you hold a university degree in logistic or have similar workexperience we want to hear from you. Experience with commercial trading terms and Incoterms or knowledge of SE VAT ACT and exporting will further enhance your candidacy.

For this role you need to be fluent in both English and Swedish and have a strong understanding of IT-systems and applications.

Fixed period: from now until January 2025.
