Job Description:
Essity is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Manager to join our team in a remote work position. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention. This position will involve managing a team of customer service representatives, developing customer service strategies, and collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer retention - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to enhance the overall customer experience - Analyze customer service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and cooperation - Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure clear and effective communication
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service or related field - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred) - Experience with CRM software and customer service tools - Must be reliable and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
