Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Electrolux Professional is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Service Officer to join our remote team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. - Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and customer service experience. - Motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service. - Attention to detail and strong project management skills. - Ability to work remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.
