Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Acne Studios is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Service Officer to join our team in a remote work position. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner - Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, returns, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction - Work closely with the sales team to provide support and assistance as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes - Help create and implement new customer service policies and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and planning skills to develop innovative solutions for customer needs - Motivated and confident attitude to handle challenging situations effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
