Our iGaming client, an established operator with casino and sportsbook product is looking for a Swedish speaking Customer Service Representative to join their office in Malta.nbsp;
nbsp;
Responsibilities: nbsp;
- Answer and support customer facing communication in required languages, and translate emails, website information and any other matter as requestednbsp;
- Research solutions to customer issuesnbsp;
- Interact with various department to resolve customer issuesnbsp;
- Use available tools and information resources to resolve problemsnbsp;
- Use a comprehensive knowledge of the our client’s website to investigate and resolve issuesnbsp;
- Escalate unresolved problems in accordance with establish policy procedures and protocolsnbsp;
- Administer client account management including updating notes in accountsnbsp;
- Research transaction discrepancies and take appropriate actionnbsp;
- Monitoring of customer activity, including assisting in the identification of fraudulent activity or abusenbsp;
- Amending / adjusting transactions in customer accounts when necessary or instructednbsp;
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards during all interactionsnbsp;
- Assistance with special Customer Services projectsnbsp;
- Other tasks and duties as assignednbsp;
Requirements: nbsp;
- Business fluency in Swedish and Englishnbsp;
- Minimum of 3 years in a position with relevant experience would be an assetnbsp;
- Knowledge of Sportsbook industry would be an assetnbsp;
- Basic office skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excelnbsp;
- Ability to think critically and draw from experience to make decisionsnbsp;
- Computer literacynbsp;
- Care in dealing with sensitive informationnbsp;
- Ability to write, read and speak in the required languagesnbsp;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and identify customer’s needsnbsp;
