Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Instabox. This is a remote work position based in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As an Associate Level Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and a solutions-oriented mindset - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Processing orders and coordinating logistics for timely delivery - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing strategic solutions

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work setting - Resourceful problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing situations - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Strategic planning abilities to anticipate and address customer needs proactively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
