As a Customer SPOC PPAP you will be our key contact from Quality Assurance Perspective to current and potential new Customers securing communication for Self-assessment and Control of Changes.

Skills and Experience

• We believe you have a Bachelor, higher or equivalent work life experience.
• At least 5 years of previous experience in APQP, Launch and PPAP work in TR1 supplier to the automotive industry.

• Have delivered and explained PPAP to customer in previous employment
• SQA experience meriting
• Experience working with several different customers meriting

Your role at Aurobay

• Contact with Customer connected to Customer Delivery Unit
  - Manage and Report Change Management Items (planned Improvements of process)
  - Coordinate with Key Account Manager continuously
• Quality Assurance Plan
  - Coach Quality Assurance Plan Review evidence
  - Compile PPAP
• PPAP deliveries
  - Communicate progress to Customer
  - Participate in GPM (Global PPAP Meeting), LPM (Local PPAP Meeting)
  - Communicate status at Gate reviews
  - Coordinate input to customer portal
• Customer Audit
  - Coordinate Customer Audit (SEMAT)
  - Gather Information for the event
