Customer Success Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Happy Socks, a leading global lifestyle brand known for its colorful and creative designs, is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our remote team in Malmö, Skåne Län, Sweden. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing exceptional support and service.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance via phone, email, and chat - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on their experience with our products and services - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products - Assist in implementing and optimizing customer success strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system - Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our service offerings

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or customer success roles - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and adaptable personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Innovative mindset with a passion for driving customer success and satisfaction
