About the position

Holm Security is looking at hiring an experienced Nordic Customer Success Manager to provide the best possible customer experience to our growing customer base in the Nordics. If you're a dedicated and ambitious individual who wants to be part of the next chapter of growth, Holm Security is the place for you.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Establish clear retention goals and process milestones while onboarding and maintaining Holm Security’s growing customer base in the Nordics.
  • Assist customers with setting up and navigating Holm Security’s Next-Gen Vulnerability Management Platform (VMP) and products.
  • Experience working to promote the value of the products, upsell services, and promoting value through customer experience.
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the products and services that Holm Security offers and assist customers with questions and suggest the best products and services through upsell activities addressing their Vulnerability Management needs.
  • Assist in optimizing existing processes within Holm Security and actively contribute to improving the overall organization’s operating procedures to ensure that the customer is always provided with the best in class.

Success factors: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success positions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, in Swedish as well as English.
  • Experience in promoting value through customer experience.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships resulting in Holm Security’s customers obtaining their goals by upselling/cross-selling relevant products and services as needed.
  • Technical skills related to how to utilize best the features and functionality of Holm Security’s Next-Gen Vulnerability Management Platform.
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential.
  • Ability to establish clear milestones and keep all other organizational resources on task.
  • Previous experience in contributing to optimizing processes across the Customer Success department.
  • Deep understanding of customers’ concerns and thoughts regarding how to take advantage of Holm Security’s VMP key features and functionality and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues as needed before escalating to support.
