Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work

Peak Performance is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our remote team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing difficulties with our products or services - Collaborating with other team members to escalate complex issues and find solutions - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and recommending solutions to management - Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work cooperatively with team members and other departments - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite
