Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


ICA Gruppen is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Support Officer to join our remote team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on providing exceptional service. 2. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. 3. Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 4. Provide product information and technical support when needed. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. 6. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our customer support processes. 7. Assist with training new team members as needed. 8. Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism. 9. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. 6. Resilient and able to handle high-stress situations with professionalism. 7. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 8. Strong presentation skills for training new team members.
